It was indeed a pleasant stay for me and for the rest of my family.

The warm welcome and the very helpful staff at the front desk esp. Carole.

The hotel looked neat and the location was good.

The room and the washrooms are not at all spacious, when booking the rooms, we expected it to be large enough. There was neither any cupboards to store our luggage nor any good space to even open our luggage trolleys. The washroom area is also too small. I think it would have been better if the hotel provided good view photos of the room. From the photos, it seems to be more spacious than it really is. And, on the day we were to check out, I saw a dead cockroach under the cot. Since we were in a hurry to check out, we couldn’t complain to the staff about it.

Very Good

For the Singapore price level, I guess it was OK. It was 100% clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It was extremely freezing cold in the hallway, and so I didn’t even get a comfortable temperature in my room. I needed several blankets. The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything that was spoken on the hallway or next-door

It was a good value for money

The property is very near bus stops which is very useful in singapore since in my opinion they have a bus system that is more convenient compared to the MRT. The place was generally clean and even if you dont tell the staff to clean they clean and replenish supplies in the room. We stayed 4 nights and we had complimentary water for each guest each day which was useful and cost effective for us

The sheets were clean but some had stains on it

Small but clean and in a great up and coming neighbourhood

We really liked the location, according to local friends this area is considered quite trendy and 'up and coming'. Since it was Ramadan when we stayed there were a number of evening market stalls near the hotel which we enjoyed looking at and got some amazing curry for dinner. The hotel itself is clean and staff were nice and helpful. The room is small but big enough for the one night we stayed. There is no window in the room we stayed in (family room) but that was not the end of the world for one night.

Honestly there was nothing 'wrong' with it, just could be better if there was a window in the room but we knew before we stayed that there was not one and it was not really an issue for short stay.

Overall a good experience.

Location was good for us, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and the staff cleaned/tidied it very well each day when we were out. Price was also a plus as it didnt break the bank at a peak time. Seems like there was some good food in the area which we wished we had time to try.

We paid for a window but the window couldnt be opened and had these shutters which obstructed the view and didnt seem like it could be opened, which was a bit of a shame. To be fair, we didnt ask the staff about it either.
